A Peek at What’s Blooming at Doodle Patch Farm

There are moments in breeding that never lose their magic—and puppy count day is one of them. Our radiant girl, Merry Maybelle (“May”), recently visited the vet for her puppy count X-ray, and as expected, she arrived with her trademark sparkle and charm fully intact.

May greeted the veterinary team with happy tail wags, affectionate nudges, and that irresistible “I’m so glad to see you”energy she’s known for. A true people-lover at heart, she thrives on connection and has a way of making everyone feel like her favorite person. Her joy is infectious—and yes, the happy barks definitely joined the conversation.

The X-ray brought wonderful news: seven to eight puppies are making themselves comfortable and preparing for their grand debut. If you look closely, you may even spot eight tiny spines—a glimpse of the lives growing quietly and beautifully inside her.

With parents selected for their exceptional structure, striking coat patterns, and comprehensive health testing, this litter promises to be something truly special. These puppies are expected to mature into well-balanced, visually stunning adult dogs—the kind that stop people mid-sentence on a walk and invite admiration wherever they go.

We are counting down the days as we prepare to welcome these future showstoppers into the world. If first impressions matter, this litter is already leaving one—before they’ve even taken their first breath.
