Jett & River Are Expecting Standard Aussiedoodle Puppies This October!
Some love stories are sweet.
Some are romantic.
And then there’s Jett & River.
We are beyond excited to announce that Jett (Paparrazzi’s Super Sonic) and our gorgeous blue merle Australian Shepherd, River, are expecting another very special litter of Standard Aussiedoodle puppies, due October 12, 2026, here at Doodle Patch Farm in Germantown, Ohio!
These two have a love story that has truly stood the test of time. They are best friends, partners in crime, and absolutely devoted to one another. Jett has eyes for one girl and one girl only—River…and River feels exactly the same way.
Remember their previous Litter November 2025?
And, well…a few times a year, their friendship turns into a little more “fireworks!” Apparently, they have decided that October is the perfect time to add another chapter to their love story!
And OH, the Aussiedoodle puppies they make!
Jett, a handsome Standard Poodle, brings his brilliant black-and-white parti pattern, while River, our beautiful Australian Shepherd, brings her stunning blue merle coloring.
Together, they have produced some of the most gorgeous Standard Aussiedoodle puppies we’ve ever had the privilege of raising at Doodle Patch Farm.
We’re expecting another beautiful rainbow of possibilities:
• Red Merle Aussiedoodles
• Blue Merle Aussiedoodles
• Phantom Tri-Color Aussiedoodles
• Rich, chocolatey browns
•And possibly even a few beautiful blue-eyed babies!
Of course, we never know exactly what Mother Nature has planned until the puppies arrive—and that’s part of the fun!
Beautiful Puppies Begin With Healthy Parents
As beautiful as these puppies may be on the outside, their health is what matters most to us.
Both Jett and River have been genetically tested and have completed their orthopedic and health clearances, including hips, elbows, patellas, cardiac, and eyes.
At Doodle Patch Farm, we put a great deal of thought into every pairing we plan. Our goal is to give our puppies the healthiest possible start while giving their future families the peace of mind that comes from choosing a breeder who makes health testing, temperament, and responsible breeding a priority.
Every time Jett and River have puppies, we find ourselves saying:
“Surely they can’t get any cuter than this…”
And somehow…
They do.
Standard Aussiedoodles Expected to Mature Around 50 Pounds
We expect Jett and River’s puppies to mature to approximately 50 pounds, making them a wonderful size for families who want a dog to share life with—whether that means exploring, hiking, playing in the backyard, taking road trips, or curling up together at the end of the day.
Aussiedoodles combine the intelligence and trainability associated with the Standard Poodle and Australian Shepherd, and Jett and River have given us some truly special puppies in the past.
October 12th — The Countdown Is ON!
With their Standard Aussiedoodle puppies due October 12, 2026, the countdown is officially ON!
We’ll be anxiously watching River’s belly grow and wondering what beautiful little surprises these two best friends have tucked away in there.
